AlexConnect: Helping Families Spend Less Time Navigating Systems and More Time Caring for Their Children 

 

Families of children with developmental delays deserve a care journey that feels connected, understandable, and supportive—not one defined by repetitive forms, language barriers, disconnected providers, and long delays. To help make that vision a reality, Family Health Center of Worcester is developing AlexConnect, a secure, multilingual platform that brings caregivers, healthcare providers, schools, and community partners together in one seamless experience, making it easier to access evaluations, therapies, and support services while reducing administrative burdens and simplifying complex information. Caregivers and organizations are invited to test the prototype and share their feedback, helping shape a more accessible, coordinated, and family-centered system where families can spend less time navigating systems and more time caring for their children.
